CITAC’s mission is to facilitate a fundamental change in U.S. laws to provide industrial users and consumers of goods standing before the Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission and the Congress on issues important to trade restrictions on imports. These restrictions most often involve antidumping and countervailing duty cases, but can also include safeguard cases, quotas and tariffs imposed under other statutes and congressional action.
