Big Steel, Bad Gridlock

Professor Feldman, of William & Mary, criticizes the Buy America steel provisions. He states that whatever benefits this policy provides to the protected steel workers comes at the expense of increased steel prices for all steel users, construction delays, and costs to taxpayers.
